Any notice of cancellation by the client of a booking or part of a booking must be made in writing by letter sent to Internet Business School LLP, 180 Upper Pemberton, Eureka Park, Ashford, Kent, TN25 4AZ or email to support@internetbusinessschool.com.

Any request by the client for a variation to a booking must be made in writing by letter or email sent to Internet Business School as per the contact details above, all variations are subject to availability, and at the discretion of Internet Business School LLP. In the event of non attendance due to medical reasons or similar on the booked date Internet Business School will endeavour to make alternative dates available.

All packages include 30 days free support via www.internetbusinessschool.com. To access the support you will need to login to www.internetbusinessschool.com with your username and password. This will be provided on completion of payment. After the 30 days has passed support is then charged at 67 per month. You are able to cancel at any point before the 30 days free trial ends by submitting written request to via email to support@internetbusinessschool.com or by letter to Internet Business School LLP, 180 Upper Pemberton, Eureka Park, Ashford, Kent, TN25 4AZ. The support is provided on a monthly basis with no minimum contract and can be cancelled at any point by providing written notice in the format stated above.
